Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method:

Normally we ship hair by FedEx or DHL, or other shipping payment based customers’ request.

Here are 3 options of Fedex you can choose:

FedEx (No Signature Required): FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will deliver the package in a safe place without obtaining signature.

FedEx (Direct Signature Required): FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address only. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt redelivery of the package on another date.

FedEx (Adult Signature Required): FedEx will obtain a signature from any person of legal age at the delivery address, subject to the provision of a valid ID. If no one qualified to sign is available, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package on another date. Legal age will vary depending on the destination country/territory and is governed by local legal age of an adult, not the legal age to purchase specific products.

What is normal products?

Normal products will not ask for extra delivery time.

Some of our HD WIGS will ask for extra 5 days to bleach the knots. If it needs extra days, you will see the option like this. You won't see this option on normal products.

3. Shipping Packaging:

• Trial/sample order and in-stock order will be shipped within 24 hours after full payment. Customized order takes about 5-7 days or longer based on your order detail.
• Hair will be washed clean before putting into package. Each bundle be packed in PVC bag, label length, then put into DHL/FedEx shipping bag or carton.Customized package is acceptable. We could provide label, hangtag, logo design service.

4. Any special request please contact us:

• Drop-shipping acceptable – ship to your customer directly, your name or company info can be put into the shipping label.
• FedEx Saturday shipment can be applied, but need to charge about 20 US dollars.
